Kuala Terengganu

FYI, we are just back from Kuala Terengganu. actually, it was not our plan to go to KT. but since mama just knew that she had to attend the KPT held in Grand Continental Hotel in Kuala Terengganu, we decided to joined in since mama was not too confident to drive that far. we took this chance to spend some time visiting KT, as well as keeping mama company.

the journey started around 3 pm on last tuesday and we arrived there after 2 hours journey. after checked in, we got our room which was located on the 10th floor of the hotel, with a nice beach scenery can be seen from the window of our room.

the first night we spent only in our room. mama had to go for taklimat for all the assessors that night in the hotel hall. actually, mama became one of the assessors for the PTK for all the heasmasters in Kelantan who had to undergo this before they can up raise their salary and position.

the second day, as mama went for the PTK, we headed to Masjid Crystal which is located in Pulau Wan Man. it was not far away from our hotel, just a few kilometeres away.but since we were not that familiar with the place, we are soo thankful to hubby's GPS for bringing us there without makan langsat.

we went first to Taman Tamadun Islam. had to pay RM 10 each. we visited the replicas of many big and famous mosques around the world. there are 21 replicas altogether. unfortunately, we could not finish the tour as the weather not permitted. it was raining whole day that day. the climax was when it rained heavily for the last hour we were there.

the day continued with us going to Masjid crystal to perform solat zuhr and asr jama'. haikal smpat bermesra2 lagi dgn makcik pakcik cleaners kat masjid tu.

afte taking several pictures in and out of the masjid, we headed up to pasar payang. we met Mokti in one of the keropok losong stalls and together,we went to pasar payang.sempat teman mokti shopping kain before mama joined in.

that night, we only spent time in our room.kepenatan.

and on thursday morning, as early as 6am, we have already left the hotel as we mama had to catch up with the event in sek men zainab at 9am.
