Nak diet!!!

my weight has gone up again.

oh nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

i was 75kg at term carrying najya.

went down to 65kg post delivery. yes,65 kg.

after confinement, my weight slowly gone down...and at one time, it went to 60kg.

i was hoping it would go down further.

today, i am sooooooooooooooooooo frustrated! my weight has gone up again to 61 kg. arghhh!

it must be because of working. yes i ate a lot when i work. especially when the department held a lot of makan2, and i have partners when eating.ah...that must be it.

so, need to start dieting now! yes, NOW!! huhu...must be slimmer by ciklong's wedding. chaiyok!!!go fizah go. aim 56kg post ramadhan.insyaAllah...
