I felt relieve...

Now i know buying things online is not a guarantee that u get the items as described in the website. last 2 weeks, I bought Herbalife wholesale package online through one of the distributors' website here in UK. My hubby said it is safer to pay via Paypal because if there is something happen, for example, if u pay but you do not get the items, or if the item is missing while on shipping, or if are not totally happy with the item received, u can claim it via Paypal. so, i used the Paypal this time.
i ordered 4 items via that website i mentioned above. they were
1) Herbalife wholesale package which should contained formula 1, f2 and f3, plus registration stuffs.
2) extra formula 1 with chocolate flavour
3) promotion stuff with extra success case
4) and another promotional stuffs include shaker,spoon, measuring tape etc.
(those promotional stuffs i got them for free for buying more than GBP 90)
The next week after i ordered the items, i got item (2) and item (3) via post.pretty quick delivery, i was relieved.but,where is my item (1) and (4)??
so, i emailed the distributor asking about the items i havent received. unfortunately, he emailed me back saying that the items have been falsely sent, informing me that they sent Herbal tea Beverage(which is not part of the wholesale pack) instead of formula 3. so he said he would send the formula 3 by post.
On the 2nd week, I got my Formula 3 in the mail. but still, no sign of other items arrived.
so, again, I emailed the distributor. Luckily, he is very good in answering and replying the email. so, he said, the items had been posted already, and gave me the Tracking Code number.He said the the items currently in Cork MAil centre...
why??i was actually waiting and waiting, but no noticed whatsoever alert me that the items had actually arrived.
so, there we went to cork mail centre the next day. I was so excited to open the box that would eventually only made me dissapointed.
i got the items,..yes..but, after checking the box several times, there is no formula 1 which should be in the box...
Again, I emailed the distributor...he's been so patient with me this time.
He replied after one agonizing day of waiting for his answer.
he said, he would send the formula 1 to my address..yeay, i felt so relief...i'll get all my items that should be mine at last!
i know with the delivery and stuffs, it tested my nerves, but i know it's sooo worth it!
and i realized it is very crucial, that, if u want to buy anything online, that u buy it from somebody that u trusted, like that Herbalife distributor!!
he make my life wonderful today!!! =) =) =) (actually, I was quite sad earlier on as my pau kaya x menjadi, and my Moist Chocolate Cake is not as moist as it should be!my skills still got a lot to be improved) huhuhu....
