today, 6/10/08, i officially opened the seal of herbalife container. excited to get started actually. it's been almost 2 weeks from the time i ordered the product to the commencement of my diet programme. at last, i can get started after a few problem during the shipment of the items.
i weigh 60kilos today. my short term goal to lose 5 kilos within 2 months, and shed another few kilos afterwards.hopefully, i can control my hunger, and be discipline in following the instructions.
i noticed something strange straight away after i consume herbalife. my bowel movement increased abruptly. i've just gone to the toilet just now, but i think i may need to go again NOW!!
