Insurance

Alhamdulillah...
semalam, komputer hubby yg rosak yg berjaya dibaiki telah dipulangkan oleh syarikat insurans. Alhamdulillah, syukur padaMu ya Allah. tambah2 bersyukur kerana kerosakan kali ini pun tak perlu dibayar excess cover. Alhamdulillah sekali lagi.

kali ini, kali ke tiga claim dibuat disebabkan accidental damage.

kali pertama, bila TV toshiba Regza 37" rosak bile pecah LCD screen disebabkan hubby. insurance claim dibuat, dan kami berjaya mendapatkan balik duit harga penuh Tv (tapi kene minus excess cover sbyk 125eur). dgn duit yg dibekalkan insurance company, kami beli tv samsung 32" pula. quality lagi baik,walaupun saiz tv lagi kecil. itupon nasib baik hubby x beli yg 42", kalau x, mane nak letak dgn rumah kami yg kecil ini.

kali kedua insurance claim dibuat, bile my Sony VAio FZ rosak. masa tu memang kesilapan yg x dijangka. mmg computer tu selalu panas bile digunakan. tapi x sangka, kesilapan yg kecil mengakibatkan kerosakan yg besar. kejadian berlaku bile computer digunakan di bilik tidur, saje2 letak atas duvet slps penat memangku komputer di riba. tiba2 komputer mati dan x dpt switch on. salah sy.yg sedihnye, computer sony tu dah lebih setahun warranty. kalau dihantar ke sony centre pon, tentu mahal kene bayar utk dibaiki. Alhamdulillah, bile dihantar utk diassess damage by insurance company, kami dibagitahu yg computer fan had melted due to extreme oveheating. and they repaired the computer without any excess cover need to be paid (since hubby specifically put 'sony vaio' as one of the items that needs to be insured).

dan kali ini, kali ketiga insurance di claim (within a year, hubby dh risau, premium insurance tahun dpn sure naik berkali ganda ;p luckily we wont be here next year). computer hubby rosak disebabkan saya (again!)...heheh. kesilapan yg betul2 x disengajakan. dahla berlaku kat computer FZ sony vaio yg hubby syg. ape yg berlaku, (betul2 x sengaja tau bang ;p), bile sy tgh melipat wayar komputer, and the square box of the wire (ape ntah org panggil bende tu) hit the screen. pecah LCD screen hubby. sedih x terkira. dah takut2 nak bagitau hubby. tapi alhamdulillah,bile dibagitahu, x kene marah pulak.legaa.hehe...bile hantar laptop ke insurance company (claimed as accidental damage), alhamdulillah, they repaired the broken LCD (withou having to pay for excess cover). now, hubby is very happy and delighted with the bright new LCD screen on his laptop. looks new...

this time around, hubby dh warn awal2... ' awak jgn rosakkan ape2 lagi. computer dgn awak mmg akan selalu cepat rosak ;p. insurance x nak cover dah kalau computer sony rosak lagi**' hehe..i promise abang, insyaAllah..

*hubby received a letter a few days ago informing us that the insurance company will no longer insure our sony vaio computer.*
