Carpal Tunnel Syndrome...

this carpal tunnel syndrome that i have been experiencing for the past couple of days is really annoying. it wakes me up from sleep. it caused me burning pain and tingling sensation all over my hands. and it is really disturbing when i have it while i'm typing this very sentence. so very irritating lah...huhu...
